Fuel Levy: - Fuel levies may be introduced when required. Should this occur, charges will be payable direct and subject to change without notice. Note: Hire bikes are collected from Hillarys Boat Harbour prior to departure. This is a self-guided package, and each person must be able to ride a bike unassisted. A AUD25.00 deposit is due per bike at the time of check in at the Rottnest Fast Ferries office, payable either as a cash bond or credit card pre-authorisation. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Day Tours: - A fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 5-3 days prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show. Extended Tours and Passes: - A fee of 10% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 30 days prior to travel. - A fee of 25% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 29-6 days prior to travel. - A fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 5-3 days prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
