Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - If clients weigh 125 kilograms or more, must book 'Comfort Seat' option. - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time. - Mandatory passenger information to be provided at the time of booking: full names of all passengers, individual weights in kilograms, baggage details (if applicable), contact mobile number of passengers whilst travelling, postcode at home (or country of residence outside of Australia). - Passenger and baggage weights on check in that differ from those provided at the time of booking may result in flight cancellation or refusal of passengers. In this case no refund will apply, or an additional fee may be charged. - All flights are subject to weather conditions. As much notice will be given as possible for changes caused by weather. Flights cancelled by Professional Helicopter Services will be rescheduled or refunded. - Flights may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion at any time. In the event that the pilot decides to terminate the flight due to weather, the unused portion of the fare will be refunded.
