Booking Conditions:
- All passenger body weights (kg) must be advised at time of booking.
A weight variance greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload is 130 kg. The booking will not be confirmed if passenger body weights are not provided.
- Passengers with special needs or travelling with more than one infant must advise at time of booking for pilot assessment.
- Child: 0-17 years inclusive - not catered for. Adults Only.
- Strict aviation regulations that apply to the carriage of disorderly or abusive passengers and those under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. Should the situation arise where any passenger is deemed to pose a safety risk to the flight at any point of the tour, the pilot in command reserves the right to refuse travel to that passenger. In the event of this occurring no refund will be issued and the passenger shall be responsible for making their own arrangements to return to Darwin.
