- Guests must weigh between 25kg and 120kg and be over 110cm in height

- Minimum age is 10years old

- All participants are required to read and sign an Indemnity Form

- All guests over 18 will be required to produce ID as proof of age

- This experience is not suitable for pregnant guests

- Guests must have a blood alcohol level of 0.00% at the start of your experience (You will be breathalyzed)

- Vertigo is not physically demanding but you must be able to climb 30 stairs to reach the roof level

- Vertigo kindly asks that you use the bathroom before you start your ascent

- All guests must provide menu choice and dietaries at time of booking

Dress Code:

- To ensure your safety and comfort while dining at Vertigo, it is requested that you wear shorts or pants (avoid skirts or dresses due to harness) along with close toe, rubber soled, comfortable shoes, as there will be some climbing involved during the experience. While the provider understands your desire to look your finest during the Vertigo experience, they request that you avoid wearing necklaces, dangling earrings and bangles for your safety and comfort. Please tie back long hair for safety.

Main 1

- Brodetto: Adriatic seafood stew with handmade bucatini, Moreton Bay bugs, local prawns, calamari, spring bay mussels, in a saffron bisque, served with fresh basil (gluten free available on request).
Main 2

-Roman gnocchi: Hand-rolled potato gnocchi, braised spiced duck, jus, cultured butter, grated pecorino Romano cheese, served with sourdough pangrattato (golden fried breadcrumbs in extra virgin olive oil).
Main 3:

- Free-range chicken piccata: Free-range chicken breast, shallow fried in an egg and parmesan batter, fried sage, local exotic mushrooms sautéed in cultured butter, grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.
Main 4:

- Pumpkin Gnudi: Roasted pumpkin and ricotta gnudi(type of gnocchi), sautéed local exotic mushrooms, brown butter and sage (vegetarian, vegan available on request) Dessert - Panna Cotta (Almond milk panna cotta served with berries)
