To help make the contracting process easier, Territory Discoveries has now moved the contract terms and conditions online. Read through the Terms and Conditions, click accept and fill in your details to register your acceptance. You can view the accepted terms and conditions any time by returning to this page. If you require a hard copy there is a print function available.


By selecting "I accept", I acknowledge that:
  1. I am making an offer to Territory Discoveries on the terms and conditions set out above (a copy of which is available here);
  2. I have read the terms and conditions set out above and, if this offer is accepted by Territory Discoveries, agree to be bound by those terms and conditions;
  3. I am authorised to make this offer and bind the Operator; and
  4. I acknowledged that, following consideration of this offer, Territory Discoveries may accept the offer at its discretion.
