Enjoy a selection of the Territory's finest freshly caught Spanish Mackerel, Threadfin Salmon, Jewfish and Snapper (species depends on catch) whilst you sail Darwin Harbour. Savour magnificent ocean caught Banana prawns, fish smoked on board daily or sample our fresh natural oysters. Succulent steaks and a selection of freshly prepared salads compliment the seafood selection.
Freshly brewed tea and coffee and delicious home made dessert conclude your dining. Ice, eskies and glasses supplied if you would like to bring your own drinks or choose from the fully stocked onboard bar.
