I can personally recommend treating yourself to self-indulgence with a wonderful stay at Bamurru Plains – a place that makes you feel like you are on the edge but in a really comfortable way. Zipping along in an airboat on the edge of the flood plain watching out for crocs, buffalos and brumbies is a totally different way to see the Territory - and an excuse to take zillions of photos to show friends at home! Then to hang out on the edge of the infinity pool waiting for fantastic food and wines is – as you might be able to imagine - incredibly relaxing, before heading out into the wilderness for more wildlife spotting by 4WD. To add a further Territory twist, it was Weather 101 one night when we had to stop stargazing because a massive Territory storm rolled right over us. Only in the Territory!
